Many small R&D or technology companies focus on technology development and find it difficult to transition to a commercial enterprise. Alpine assists these companies with the spin-out of their technology, allowing then to continue to focus on what they do best, i.e., develop new technologies. Other companies which have already achieved success in commercial markets may develop technology which falls outside their business focus. These firms frequently have an opportunity to spin-out these technologies into new ventures.

Alpine works closely with clients on the formation and spin-out of new start-up companies to commercialize technology. Alpine may be a partner in the venture by taking equity in exchange for services, or through direct investing. We also provide interim management until assembly of an appropriate management team is completed.
